Num 15:38-40
38 Speak to the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes (Tziztit)
in the borders of their garments throughout their generations and that they put
upon the fringe (Tzitzit) of the borders a twisted thread
of blue:
39 And the fringe, (Tzitzit) shall be so that you may look
upon it and remember all the commandments of YHWH and do them; so that you do
not seek after your own heart (will) and your own eyes (desires), after
which you previously played the harlot.
40 So you may remember and do all My commandments and be holy unto your Elohiym.
